Our Company’s name Chiron inspired by Chiron (IPA: /’kairan/, kye•-ran), a supreme centaur – a being with the upper body of a human and the lower torso of a horse in Greek mythology. Chiron the centaur is characterised as being just, kind, and wise in many arts, such as medicine gymnastics, prophecy, hunting and music.

Chiron, like many centaurs, acts as a unique escort from one planetary realm to another. Characteristic of both a comet and an asteroid, Chiron Flight Services captures the essence of Chiron the centaur being. Wise, learned, steadfast, resourceful and skillful, it safely escorts passengers from destination to destination.

Chiron flight service (CFS) background

Chiron Flight Services is one of Singapore's pioneer integrated aviation service providers. Founded in 2005, Chiron's air ambulance started its aero-medical flying mission.

Over a decade, Chiron has honed its skills in planning and executing aero-medical missions especially in the transfer of the critically-ill patients across the globe in both air ambulance and commercial airlines.

In 2015 Chiron becomes a member of International Air Transport Association (IATA) and an expansion of service offerings to assist customers with the commercial airline travel, hotel booking, land transfer follow suit. With the expansion of our travel business and industry network, Chiron has opened its travel - medical concierge service to further assisting customers to plan and execute assisted travel around the world.

Chiron’s air ambulance is the first international aircraft which gained the landing permission in Xichang, China’s satellite launching site.

The first fixed-wing air operator in Asia awarded the European Aero-medical Institute accreditation (EURAMI) which serves as a mark of quality service.
